Payment Terms

For our e-waste buying services, payment will be made based on the following terms:

• Prices are determined based on the type, quantity, and condition of the e-waste
• Final assessment and pricing will be provided after inspection of the e-waste at our facility
• Payment will be made within 7-10 business days after final assessment
• Payment will be made via bank transfer or check as per your preference
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions

For our collection and recycling services, fees will be communicated before service provision and must be paid upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Data Destruction Services

When you request our data destruction services:

• We will use industry-standard methods to destroy data on storage devices
• We will provide a certificate of data destruction upon completion
• While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee 100% data destruction for all types of storage media
• We are not liable for any data that is not destroyed due to device malfunction or other factors beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renavart Recyclers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
